Dina originates from Forest Hills in Queens. New York. But she moved in Dix Hills on Long Island right before the end of her junior year. Her sister is younger of Gregory and also has an older brother named Evan. Her first experience in the world of entertainment came as she was modeling between the ages of nine and sixteen. Her acting education began with The Neighborhood Playhouse in New York and studied the acting skills of Sanford Meisner together alongside Ron Stetson, for about three years. Sandra Bullock was among those who studied to this manner, as well as Michael Douglas, Jeff Goldblum Leslie Nielsen and Diane Keaton. The first time she was cast as an actress was in the soap-opera Beverly Hills, 90210, in which she had to relocate away from Los Angeles.
